[day 296]

This week when I wake up all my muscles feel like jello, my face feels like pudding, and I'm dizzy laying down. They call it "retracing"--I've gotta go backwards to go forward. My cells are peeling through 16 years of layers, and with each layer comes symptomatic memories: dizziness, jelly legs, burning nerves, etc... all of this in attempt to arrive at the last time my cells were normal and healthy (when I was 5 years old). It's hard to sort what's happening to me--to decipher if symptoms are a reaction to something I'm doing or something I had done. I don't know if I can be as adorable as I was 16 years ago, but I'd like to be just as strong since I was the fastest kid in class ;) #speedymccready
